Titusville Ford currently has an opening for a Sales Consultant in our beautiful, brand new, state of the art facility located in Titusville, PA.

Responsibilities:
*Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
*Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
*Build strong rapport with customers.
*Overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
*Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
*Serves as a liaison between sales department and other departments.
*Identifies customer concerns, needs, and expectations so that action plans can be determined and implemented.
*Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM system.
*Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.
*Conduct business in an ethical, and honest fashion with integrity.

Qualifications:
*Automotive sales experience is required.
*Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
*Excellent organizational and time management skills.
